The CMD gives costing experts 24/7 access to specific enterprise-wide cost models, anywhere in the world. By querying simple parameters, users can create cost calculations for complex manufacturing technologies – even if they don’t have a technical background. Built-in production-relevant parameters – such as those from the model drawing – simplify cost calculations. The FACTON EPC solution takes the results from the parameter query and automatically generates a bill of materials (BOM), which the solution uses to derive costs.
